Shipping policy

We ship all domestic orders using USPS Priority Mail.  We are not shipping internationally at this time.  The cost of shipping is based on the items ordered.

Once your order has shipped, Sonnet Candles no longer has control of your order.  The shipping carrier is now responsible for the status of your order. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries, stolen packages, or any other issue that arise while the order is being processed by the shipping carrier.  If a problem does occur in shipping, contact your local shipping carrier to resolve the issue and/or make a claim.  We are happy to assist if a problem arises, but please note that we cannot give refunds based on issues that occur during shipping.

Summer Shipping Dates

Our summer shipping days are Monday through Wednesday.  This will begin in June and end  in September (or once temperatures have cooled down).

Due to the natural materials of our coconut soy wax candles and wanting to keep them from melting, we will shift our shipping schedule so that candles reach you in a timely manner and don’t spend the weekend in a hot warehouse.
