Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. We do offer order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is damaged, review our Damage Policy. If you have an issue or error with your order please contact us.

Damages and issues
Our candles are made in glass vessels. We do our best to package our candles to ensure there are no issues in transit, but we know there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping.
Please inspect your order once it’s received. If your candle arrives to you broken, please contact us immediately at orders@sonnetcandles.com with a picture of the damaged item. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, we will work with to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on products that have been ordered.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
