Return/Refund/ Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

We do offer order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.  Please email us at orders@sonnetcandles.com. Please include your order number in your email so that we can ensure your order is cancelled.

Damaged Goods

Our candles are made in glass vessels.  We do our best to package our candles to ensure there are no issues in transit, we know there is always a risk of candles being damaged during shipping. If your candle arrives to you broken, please send us a message at orders@sonnetcandles.com  with a picture of the damaged item and we will work with you to send a replacement at no additional charge.
